Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist located in Calamba. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for offering insurance products to bank customers, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, providing insurance consultations, preparing quotations, and following up on sales leads. The role involves promoting BPI AIA’s insurance solutions and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Insurance product knowledge, bancassurance sales experience, and customer needs analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective consultations and relationship building
