Job Summary:
The Baking and Pastry Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in the bakery or pastry production area, ensuring high-quality baked goods are produced efficiently and meet company standards. This role involves supervising the baking team, maintaining inventory, managing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
Degree or certification (NC II or NC III) in Baking and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in baking or pastry production
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with inventory management and production planning
