Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and identify damaged or defective items from warehouse operations.
• Segregate bad order items from good stocks and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bad order inventories.
• Monitor stock levels of bad orders and coordinate with supervisors for disposition (return, disposal, or repair).
• Prepare reports on bad order items (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Ensure proper storage and organization of bad order area.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, inventory team, and suppliers regarding returns or replacements.
• Follow company policies and safety standards in handling damaged goods.
