Job summary

Sysgen RPO is seeking a Software Engineer (Backend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems in the Philippines. You will work with Go (Golang), Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, and PostgreSQL while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend solutions.

This role targets a backend developer with strong fundamentals and hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, contributing to high availability and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of advanced programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.
• Experience with Redis and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with highly scalable and highly available systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities
