Qualifications

4+ years in a role supporting a Java Application, Springboot Framework and Middleware.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong English communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Development/Support experience in Java, microservices, Spring boot, Spring Framework - 4+ years.
Monitor and troubleshoot application issues in production.
Minor production bug fixes and minor enhancements.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve unexpected system behaviors affecting service quality.
Serve as the main POC for Java Applications with training to support Genesys Cloud.
Demonstrate analytical programming and problem-solving for software operation diagnostics.
