Job summary

Arch is seeking a Java Spring Boot specialist to join the Strategic Analytics team in the Philippines. The role focuses on backend services, API development, and cloud-based solutions using Azure.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, participate in design reviews, and support application functionality with a strong emphasis on maintainability and scalability. The team values adaptability and openness to new technologies as the Azure-based stack evolves.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, IT or Data Analytics.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with API development.
• Experience with Azure and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL/Snowflake or Data Warehouse.
• Application support experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Build and support backend services using Java and cloud technologies.
• API Development: Develop, integrate RESTful APIs, write JUnit testcases.
• Cloud Services: Work with Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, and Event Hub to build scalable applications.
• DevOps & Automation: Learn and work with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
