Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Backend Integration Developer to build production-grade PHP integrations for high-performance backend systems. You will develop and maintain REST APIs, optimize complex SQL queries, and implement event-driven architectures with Azure messaging to enable reliable data exchange.

This onsite role in Mandaluyong offers day shifts and weekend offs, and exposure to international projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of backend development experience
• Strong PHP development in production environments
• Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs and backend services

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications, APIs, interfaces, integrations, and data exchange solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, implement resolutions
• Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting and apply best practices
• Ensure performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability across solutions
