  • Gathering timecard reports
  • Following up and adjusting daily time-ins
  • Setting up timecards and ad hoc reportings
Job Description:
  • Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months BPO experience (Back-Office)
  • Advance proficiency in using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF)
  • Detailed oriented and organized
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
