A leading outsourcing company is seeking a B2B Sales Trainer in Makati. You will enhance the sales skills of the Talent Solutions sales team through innovative training programs and direct collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of sales training experience in the BPO industry and be amenable to a night shift hybrid setup.

As a B2B Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility is to elevate the capabilities and performance of our Talent Solutions sales team. This involves closely collaborating with both Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Account Executives focus on initiating new client relationships and acquiring customers, playing a vital role in expanding our client base. Sales Development Representatives specialize in generating leads, qualifying them, and setting appointments. As a Sales Trainer, you'll provide tailored support to enhance their skills and optimize performance, empowering the sales team to achieve their goals effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Program Development: Create tailored training programs focusing on advanced sales techniques, consultative selling, and leveraging Talent Solution's platform.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to foster continuous learning and skill enhancement for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
Collaboration: Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies, processes, and alignment with best practices.
Onboarding Support: Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the Talent Solutions sales team.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about Talent Solution industry trends, in-house product updates, and competitors' strategies to inform training content and approach.
Reporting: Report on the effectiveness and impact of coaching and training initiatives during business reviews.
Quality Initiatives: Lead quality initiatives and identify upskilling areas for the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales trainer in the BPO industry.
Proficiency in training for sales retention and/or sales renewals.
Experience in training global or offshore employees.
Ability to create training modules from scratch.
Capability to develop refresher courses periodically.
Professional certifications in sales training or coaching are advantageous.
Amenable to work in a Night shift Hybrid Set-up.
Amenable to work in Makati City.
Nice-to-have/preferred experience:
Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
Background in Business-to-Business (B2B) operations.
Proficient in client management.
Sales trainer experience in a pioneering account.
Familiarity with project management tools, such as Highspot and Seismic.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
Experience in customer success or account management.
