Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Content Author to craft, review, and enrich B2B PDP content within the cPIM system. You will transform brochures and datasheets into publish-ready pages, and leverage AI tools while ensuring accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.

You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, validate AI output, and track progress through dashboards, while managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience reading technical product materials and translating into customer content.
• Experience with AI content-generation tools and validating output.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review product records in the cPIM system and identify content gaps.
• Use AI tools to create draft content from brochures and specs.
• Create PDP content from scratch when sources are limited.
• Enrich content with SEO-friendly details and best practices.
• Validate AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and brand voice.
• Cross-reference AI output with source documents for discrepancies.
• Ensure content meets publishing guidelines before submission.
• Collaborate with product managers to obtain missing information.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain trackers.
• Support content sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
