Job summary

Wings Technology Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support promotional activities for electronic products and services to business clients.

You will help identify opportunities, craft materials, and coordinate with Sales, Trading, and Technical teams to drive business development. The role requires a marketing-related degree, strong communication, research, and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva for basic design tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, sales support, business development or related field is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in electronics, industrial or technical products is an advantage.
• Good research, communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, leads and new business opportunities.
• Support the promotion of electronics products and related services.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to support BD activities.
• Prepare product presentations, company profiles, proposals, and other materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trading and Technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
• Assist in managing website, social media and other marketing platforms.
• Maintain updated prospect/customer records and activity reports.
• Assist in customer meetings, presentations and promotional events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Management.
