Job summary

Remote Employee BPO Phil Inc. is seeking a Content Specialist (Writing & SEO) to craft persuasive, SEO-optimized content for B2B audiences, working with marketing, sales, design, and operations to support lead generation and client education.

You will create website copy, blog posts, case studies, and email campaigns while staying aligned with company goals. A strong foundation in SEO and CMS is required, with experience in offshore staffing a plus. WFH setup with a night schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years writing B2B content
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism/English or related field
• Solid understanding of SEO and keyword research
• Strong writing samples across blogs, case studies, service pages, emails
• Familiarity with offshore staffing/remote work landscape and CMS
• Experience with email marketing platforms and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Create SEO-optimized content for services, landing pages, blogs, and resources
• Develop case studies, whitepapers, and long-form content highlighting ROI and cost-savings
• Maintain website copy and perform keyword research for on-page optimization
• Produce blog posts, guides, and scripts for various formats to educate prospects
• Develop email sequences and sales collateral to support lead generation
• Write social posts and ad copy for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations; track content performance and iterate
