Job summary

Remote Employee BPO is seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator to own the health, performance, and integrity of our database infrastructure across on‑premises and Azure environments. You will build automated data quality monitoring and support data pipelines powering customer-facing products.

You will design data validation, implement automated alerts, and collaborate with developers to deliver reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SQL Server DBA in on-premises and Azure.
• Hands-on with Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• PTO, backup strategies, and HA/DR for SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server databases across on-premises and Azure.
• Configure and optimize database servers and processes.
• Monitor health and performance; resolve issues in real time.
