Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Cloud Engineer - networking to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure for ING DevOps teams worldwide. You will collaborate with engineers in the Philippines, Netherlands, and Poland to deliver secure, scalable solutions in the public cloud domain.

You will work with DevOps, SRE, and DevSecOps teams to ensure compliant infrastructure, with responsibilities spanning deployment, testing, security, on-call support, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Public Cloud concepts and networking fundamentals.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with Azure networking services (VNets, Application Gateways, Firewalls).
• Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Github Actions).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Golang).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy platform features defined by the Product Manager.
• Build deployment and test pipelines for IaC environments.
• Draft effective technical solutions that fit business needs.
• Perform PoCs to improve quality and cost.
• Provide technical consultation to other engineering teams.
• Manage, maintain, update, and upgrade applications and platforms.
• Implement security controls and policies.
• Join on-call rotations and troubleshoot incidents.
• Prioritize backlog with the team and Product Manager.
• Contribute to technical standards and guidance.
