Job summary

Thakral One in the Philippines is seeking a Cloud Data Engineer (Azure) to design, build, and optimise cloud-based data pipelines for a Fabric-powered data lakehouse, enabling large-scale data integration across enterprise systems.

You will work with architects, analysts, and business teams to ensure data is reliable, secure, and ready for advanced analytics and reporting, using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud data engineering with Azure and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with SAP IS-U, SCADA, IoT data sources preferred.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
• Strong collaboration with architects, analysts and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise cloud data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Ingest, transform, and load data into a data lakehouse from diverse sources.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable analytics and reporting.
