Job summary

Bacardi-Martini is seeking an experienced BI engineer to design and build Azure-based data solutions that power analytics and reporting. You will develop robust data pipelines, models, and dashboards to support operational insights and decision-making.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to modernize and scale our data platforms. A strong Azure stack background and 5+ years in the field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure data engineering or BI experience.
• Strong SQL; Python/PySpark is a plus.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure-based BI solutions and data models.
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Azure SQL.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance across BI assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data designs.
