blaseek is seeking an IT professional to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Application Support Analyst. The role focuses on operation support, issue resolution, and system enhancements within an AX 2012 environment.

The position follows a hybrid work model with two days onsite and three days remote each week and requires the graveyard shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AX 2012 experience, be technically capable, eager to learn, and able to collaborate with senior team

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Willingness to work graveyard shift.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 onsite, 3 remote).
• Familiarity with AX modules like Sales, Procurement, Finance or Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd‑to‑3rd‑level application support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a production environment.
• Support and maintain AX 2012 configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Assist with X++ development, report support, and minor system changes.
• Support system upgrades, hotfixes, and patches under guidance.
• Monitor system performance and assist in identifying and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and user documentation.
• Work with functional, technical, and business teams to support process improvements.
• Assist with data migration, integrations, and interface-related activities.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and contribute to root-cause analysis.

The primary focus is providing application support, resolving technical issues, and assisting with system enhancements within an existing AX 2012 environment. You should be detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to raise observations or suggestions that may improve system performance and stability.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate experience with X++ and the MorphX development environment
• Understanding of AX 2012 architecture and data structures
• Experience working with SQL Server
• Familiarity with AX reporting tools such as SSRS or LaserNET
• Willingness and availability to work the graveyard shift
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2‑on‑site, 3‑remote)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred

• Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications
• Exposure to integration tools such as AIF or ReadSoft
• Experience supporting live production systems
• Interest in growing into a more advanced AX technical or functional role
