Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Production Support Engineer for our cloud contact center team in the Philippines. You will handle L2/L3 support for Amazon Connect workflows, monitor AWS Lambda functions, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline.

You will also work with DynamoDB tables and CloudWatch logging to ensure reliable incident resolution. The role requires strong AWS experience, especially with Connect, Lambda, and data services, plus solid problem-solving and communication skills for

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with AWS services.
Proficiency in AWS Lambda (Node.js preferred).
Experience with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
Hands-on knowledge of Amazon DynamoDB, including table design and querying.
Familiarity with CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot AWS Lambda functions integrated with Amazon Connect workflows.
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline for seamless deployment and rollback.
Manage and query DynamoDB tables for real-time data access and updates.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases and incident resolution.
Implement logging and alerting using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely resolution to production incidents.
Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
