Job summary

Collins Aerospace Philippines is seeking an onsite Inspector to define problems, inspect, and document conformity of aviation components. You will support engineering with repair findings and ensure compliance with FAA/cust/manufacturer requirements.

The role requires an HS diploma (or vocational equivalent), 18+ months in inspection, and preferred CAAP licensing, with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Onsite work at the Batangas/Tanauan facility is expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or vocational/technical education.
• 18+ months experience disassembling, inspecting, assembling and testing aviation components.
• CAAP license preferred; strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions during inspection per procedures.
• Inspection and 8130-3 forms training.
• Assist management in methods to rectify malfunctions.
• Provide details to assist engineering in product improvement from repair findings.
• Analyze fault data to ensure conformance with specs.
• Perform visual inspection of incoming products.
• Determine compliance with regulations and customer/manufacturer requirements.
• Produce inspection records and reports as required.
• Adhere to and promote all EHS practices across the site.
