Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) seeks an Environmental Specialist to ensure compliance with Philippine environmental laws, permits, and sustainability requirements across aerodrome project implementation.

You will oversee environmental management, monitoring, impact assessment, and mitigation measures, coordinating with DENR-EMB and other agencies to ensure regulatory submissions, reports, and corrective actions meet ECC conditions and project commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• DENR-EMB Accreditation as EIA Preparer/Practitioner.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental laws, permits, ECC conditions.
• Experience in environmental compliance monitoring and impact assessment.
• Proficient in preparing environmental reports and regulatory submissions.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Experience in airport/aerodrome or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with EIA/EPRMP and related studies.
• Training or certification in EMS, sustainability, or auditing.
• Experience with DENR-EMB, government agencies, consultants, and international contractors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee implementation and monitoring of environmental management plans and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure activities comply with environmental laws and ECC conditions.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and monitoring to identify risks and non-compliance.
• Review environmental reports, monitoring data, and contractor submissions.
• Coordinate with agencies, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on environmental matters.
• Prepare and review monitoring reports, compliance documents, and corrective actions.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
