• Automation initiatives in campaigns and systems.
• Develop and integrate new tech through research and data.
• Provide support by implementing systems, apps or scripts.
• Develop and maintain APIs to assist business units.
• Document and optimize Campaign processes and Contact Policy.
• Streamline campaign communications via digital channels.
• Monitor KPIs for campaigns and actions.
