Stefanini Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled streaming and virtual events expert to partner with IT Streaming and Virtual Events teams and client communities.

You will assist with delivery and implementation of underlying technology solutions to improve productivity and processes. Responsibilities include coordinating Run of Show, operating event equipment, testing gear, and ensuring successful streaming delivery across global platforms and local hybrid environments.

• Operate and move in-room equipment and set up at target event location.

• Manage streaming: ingest feeds, mix, and deliver streams per playbook.

• Support global virtual platforms and hybrid environments for collaboration.
• Provide baseline system support and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in project teams and deliver assigned tasks.
• Apply knowledge of applications and IT architecture; stay aware of trends.
• Produce documentation in support of baseline and project work.
• Provide local event support for Muntinlupa and Makati offices.

The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Streaming and virtual event expert to partner with IT Streaming and Virtual Events team members and meet with the client community to assist with the delivery and implementation of underlying technology solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity and enhance processes. Responsibilities will primarily be baseline operational support, administrative and maintenance duties, and participation in technology projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process requests and coordinate all details (e.g., Run of Show, cues, scheduling) with customer and stakeholders.
• Operate furnished in-room equipment, or transport equipment (e.g., loudspeakers, microphones, audio console, camera, display, presentation remote) from storage and setup in target event location.
• Fully test equipment and execute event, adjusting microphone, audio, video, and display settings as necessary.
• Video streaming operation: Intake video/audio feeds from various locations, mix and produce event in soft encoder, and ensure successful streaming delivery according to customer requirements and standard operational playbook.
• Consulting and Analysis: Meet regularly with IT colleagues and stakeholders to understand and help define requirements for implementing possible solutions or improvements.
• Skilled in supporting stakeholder engagement activities across global virtual platforms and local hybrid environments-driving collaboration, innovation, and successful event execution.
• Client Support: Perform baseline system support, administrative and maintenance duties for assigned systems. Troubleshoot application and system problems and take corrective actions.
• Project/Solution Activities: Support goals by participating on project teams. Deliver on assigned tasks and action items.
• Technical Focus: Utilize knowledge of applications/systems and underlying architecture in assigned area of responsibility. Develops and maintains awareness of IT process best practices, technology trends and emerging technologies.
• Documentation: Produce documentation as required in support of baseline and project activities
• Provide local event support for our Muntinlupa & Makati Office.
