Job summary

KDCI is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design and build autonomous agents capable of solving multi-step tasks. You will work on agent architectures, tool use, orchestration, memory patterns, and reliable task completion, shaping intelligent, goal-driven systems.

The role involves integrating agents with APIs, databases, and internal systems, testing behavior for reliability and safety, and applying emerging frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI to advance multi-agent collaborations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software or AI/ML development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent memory patterns.
• Solid grasp of API integration and system design.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool use.
• Develop agent orchestration logic, memory systems, and tool integrations.
• Test agent behavior for reliability, safety, and task completion accuracy.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and internal systems.
• Monitor and debug agent performance in production environments.
• Research and apply emerging agent frameworks and best practices.
