Ideal candidates have at least 1 year as a tint installer, deep knowledge of window film products, and strong communication skills to train

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a tint installer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Extensive knowledge of window film products, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
