Job summary

MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is seeking an Automotive Trainer/Instructor to deliver hands-on training in automotive servicing, diagnostics, and repair at our Ortigas Avenue facility in Pasig City.

The role is full-time and on-site, with a day schedule Monday to Friday and occasional extensions during enrollment or events. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of workshop safety.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years experience in automotive servicing, diagnostics or repair.
• Clear communication and ability to explain procedures confidently.
• Knowledge of workshop safety practices.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Teach basic to advanced automotive servicing: engine, brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical.
• Demonstrate diagnostic procedures using scanners, multimeters, testers, and service manuals.
• Guide students in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Prepare and deliver workshop-based lessons and practical activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and training vehicles in proper condition.
• Uphold workshop safety, PPE use, and tool discipline.
