What is this role about?

This role will carry out vehicle preventive maintenance services in assigned LubeServ services in accordance to the company's set standards.

What will YOU do?

  • Perform Lubeserv Express Lube services in accordance with Lubeserv Service Operations Manual and appropriate TESDA NC curriculum or equivalent
  • Ensure that the serviced vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.
  • Provide accurate status of incomplete job orders (ex. Oil Change/Maintenance Service Preparation and Processing) to Service Advisor as needed
  • Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting
  • Log and keep accurate documentation of oil change service requests provided to the customers
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

  • TESDA - Automotive Servicing certification or other relevant vocational course
  • With valid Driver’s License
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience - experienced mechanic with technical knowledge in car maintenance
  • Well-versed in automobile troubleshooting with knowledge in safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems and oil and lubricant types
  • Expert-level knowledge in oil change process for gasoline and diesel automobiles
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations and follow technical manuals
