Job description

Responsible for planning and implementation of Sales Process Training to equip dealer associates with their expertise based on the client's established standards. The job holder is also responsible for analyzing post-training results for continuously evaluating dealers and enhancing their training program to improve workshop and dealer operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate interactive training sessions in accordance with performance standards.

  2. Responsible for performance improvement and product training within assigned dealerships.

  3. Become the expert on all aspects of the service offering, including tools technology, best practices, computer system, etc.

  4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in automotive, Marketing, Management or any related field is preferred (Mechanical Engineer is a plus)

  2. Minimum 2 years automotive training.

  3. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

  4. Proficient in facilitating and leading discussions remotely over video.

  5. Experience using virtual collaboration platforms such as Zoom.

  6. Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  7. Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  8. Ability to engage at all levels (including management) and respond to questions/concerns in a positive manner.

  9. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  11. Must be flexible enough to respond positively to changes in a schedule based on the needs of the Client.
