• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• Call centre or phone support experience is essential.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Business-level English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins.
• Qualify leads to identify customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles or services.
• Actively promote automotive products, services, and ongoing promotions.
• Convert inquiries into sales by guiding customers through the buying process.
• Coordinate with the sales team for test drives, quotations, and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
