W Bridges Manpower Corporation is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive lead generation, campaigns, and client relationships in the automotive sector. You will track sales targets, manage inquiries, and coordinate deliveries and payments.

The role blends traditional and digital marketing with event support and post-sale engagement. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or digital marketing, strong English and Filipino communication, and knowledge of automotive financing concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, brand management, or digital marketing.
• Prior experience in the Philippine automotive industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in digital advertising, social media platforms, and content/graphic tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Manage daily sales processes including client inquiries.
• Coordinate item deliveries, order processing, and payment/collection monitoring.
• Execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including social media management and local brand activations.
• Answer online leads, digital inquiries, and walk-in customer queries.
• Assist in organizing car shows, product launches, or dealership promotional events.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
• Prepare sales performance reports, sales packs, and forecasts for management.
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to drive customer retention and high SSI scores.
• Conduct KYC checks and basic financial/credit evaluation for loan applicants.
