Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
• College graduate.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Social media savvy and comfortable generating leads online.
• Confident, professional, and presentable.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and dealership events when required.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
• Automotive experience is an advantage but not required. Candidates with sales experience from other industries are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom and walk-in customers professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify customer needs.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from inquiry to after-sales.
• Present Jetour vehicles, features, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Prepare quotations and assist with the sales and documentation process.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Generate a minimum of 3 qualified leads daily.
• Respond promptly to showroom and online inquiries.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into appointments and sales.
• Generate leads through referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
• Use social media platforms to promote Jetour vehicles and generate leads.
• Create engaging content and respond professionally to online inquiries.
• Participate in dealership events, campaigns, and auto fairs.
