JOBS360 in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for the Auto/Automotive division. You will maintain financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide decision support to operations and sales teams.

Responsibilities include managing weekly P&L outlooks, monthly P&L by unit, variance analysis, and reconciliations, while driving process improvements across management accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with P&L reporting, variance analysis, and financial reconciliations.
• Experience with manufacturing costing and commercial finance.
• Experience supporting operational and sales teams with financial analysis and decision support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Prophix, Manufacturing ERP systems, automotive manufacturing experience, experience with transfer pricing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly P&L outlooks for the Auto/Automotive division and investigate significant variances.
• Update sales forecasts and maintain sales and margin reports by business unit.
• Provide Sales Managers with weekly data for operational reporting.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports by business unit.
• Review variances and prepare journals, accruals, and agreed adjustments.
• Complete reconciliations to the General Ledger for P&L, Balance Sheet, Sales, and Margin.
• Prepare management packs and corporate reporting requirements.
• Review standard costs for business units and recommend updates.
• Perform inventory health analysis and prepare related reports.
• Provide finance support to operations managers and the Auto/Automotive division.
