Job summary

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our US partner's vehicle acquisition process. You will evaluate vehicles with proprietary software to determine target prices and verify part numbers for pricing accuracy.

This role requires strong data entry, analytical skills, and careful attention to detail. Work is full-time on a US shift with a transition to remote work after six months.

Qualifications

• Background in back-office operations, data entry, technical support, or similar BPO experience is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with strong computer literacy and analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable navigating multiple browsers, applications, and software tools simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, internet browsing, and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vehicle information using proprietary software tools to determine target acquisition prices.
• Identify and verify accurate vehicle part numbers to ensure correct pricing.
• Perform data analysis and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Navigate multiple software applications, browser tabs, and systems simultaneously.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets following the training period.
• Continuously improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively to ensure operational goals are achieved.
