• Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance checks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and serviceable condition.
• Prepare service reports, job orders, and installation documentation.
• Assist customers by explaining repair findings and recommended solutions.
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
