Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end test plans
• Manage all testing activities to meet project objectives
• Test functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with legacy/external systems
• Oversee defect lifecycle from creation to closure, including triaging and prioritization
• Generate daily defect status reports
• Perform manual software testing, including dial testing for prepaid and postpaid scenarios
• Support cut-over activities and conduct test calls to verify network stability
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, BI, GUI, Agile, Waterfall; TOAD is an advantage
• Proven experience in leading test teams
• Can start ASAP
