Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced test automation engineer to design, build and maintain automation frameworks for CMS and related card systems. You will automate UI, API, and integration tests, work with CI/CD pipelines and support regression testing across large programs.

You will collaborate with functional teams to maximize coverage, validate REST/JSON/XML payloads, and apply best practices in automation across SIT and release validation activities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Playwright and/or Katalon Studio (or Selenium).
• Experience developing automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Strong knowledge of UI and API automation and integration testing.
• Experience validating REST APIs and payloads (JSON/XML).
• Hands-on SQL for backend data validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks and test solutions.
• Automate web, API, integration and regression tests across CMS and related systems.
• Collaborate with functional testing teams to maximize coverage.
• Support Visa certification-related test scenarios where feasible.
• Validate integrations and automated data workflows.
• Analyze failures, debug issues and coordinate with development teams.
