Job summary

Google Operations Center is hiring to design and implement automation frameworks, and to deliver automation solutions across business areas with a long-term view. You will lead automation opportunities, track initiatives, and ensure measurable business gains while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires strong programming skills, experience with front-end technologies, dashboards, and automation platforms, with a focus on delivering tangible efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of technology experience and exposure to frontend, dashboards, reporting, scripting, databases.
• 2+ years of proven experience building business automation products/tools using various technologies like AI/ML, GCP or other automation tech.
• 3+ years of strong programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Build/Design automation framework and new automation solutions.
• Execute automation opportunities to maximize business value and efficiency.
• Lead and help businesses improve process efficiency by automating opportunities and tracking initiatives to closure.
