Job summary

IGO TECHONOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca, and to validate software across the SDLC. You will work to improve testing coverage and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires hands-on Tosca expertise, strong knowledge of STLC/SDLC, and a passion for quality with an automation-first mindset. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quality Engineering or Software Testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA Test Automation.
• Experience designing, developing, and executing automated test cases.
• Experience with manual and functional software testing.
• Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.
• Knowledge of defect identification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Create and execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
• Implement an automation-first testing approach to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Work toward high automation coverage, targeting ~80% of functional requirements where applicable.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, track, and manage software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform testing throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
• Establish and maintain testing processes, standards, and quality controls.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software reliability and testing effectiveness.
