Job summary

KDCI is seeking a Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that connect systems, tools, and data sources to reduce manual work. You will integrate third-party tools and APIs and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include testing, monitoring, and maintaining automations for reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting reusable workflows for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, integration, or process engineering.
• Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.).
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python).
• Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities.
