Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software development with a track record of innovation projects.

Essential Job Functions

• Ideate, design, and drive end-to-end innovation projects from concept and prototyping through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Build scalable, cutting-edge solutions leveraging Full-Stack Development, AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Data Science.
• Apply AI/GenAI techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Predictive Modeling to develop intelligent features and proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams to identify innovation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews of systems and emerging technologies to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations and mitigation strategies for technical challenges.
• Demonstrate understanding of technology stacks from both functional and architectural perspectives.
• Debug complex issues and optimize application and system performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for prototypes, AI models, frameworks, and processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Contribute to business intelligence initiatives including dashboards, metrics, and knowledge repositories.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development and technical innovation projects.
• Strong Full-Stack Development experience.
• Frontend technologies: React, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Backend technologies: Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end innovation projects from ideation through delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and model fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of Data Science tools including Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Excellent analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-driven products, intelligent agents, predictive systems, or generative AI solutions.
• Contributions to open-source projects, research initiatives, or technical publications.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, AI/ML, or related domains.
