WeSupport, Inc. is seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our ICT team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. You will design, develop and implement automation solutions that boost operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks across the organisation.

The role requires 5+ years of automation experience, strong scripting skills, and a track record of delivering scalable automation projects in enterprise environments. This is a contract position focused on digital transformation initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in automation development, application support, IT operations process improvement, or related technical delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining automation scripts, workflows or frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, or C#.
• Familiarity with API integration, data extraction, data transformation, databases, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, or other enterprise automation systems.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong testing, validation, troubleshooting and performance optimization of automation solutions.
• Experience creating technical documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, and support materials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; manage multiple automation initiatives.

About the role

WeSupport, Inc. is seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our dynamic Information and Communication Technology team. This is a contract position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As an Automation Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes across the organisation. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that directly impact business productivity and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in automation development, application support, IT operations process improvement, or related technical delivery roles
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation scripts, workflows, or frameworks that streamline operational processes
• Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, C#, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with API integration, data extraction, data transformation, databases, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, or other enterprise systems used for automation and reporting
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, document requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Strong understanding of testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation solutions
• Experience in creating technical documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, and support materials for developed automation solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple automation initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business users, stakeholders, developers, DevOps, QA, and IT support teams
