Qualifications

Professional Development

• Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree or related field.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing with knowledge of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) process and Photovoltaic Solar Cells.
• Manage the entire process, organize shifts, assign tasks, provide training on skills and safety, track performance, and handle related duties.
• Ensure EHS compliance while conducting production inspections, controlling processes, tracking progress, lagging indicators, and improvements.
• Monitor operations and develop SOPs, OPL documents, assessment criteria, and issue reports. Able to handle comprehensive documentation tasks.
