Job summary

Takumi Space Creation, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a motivated Architect with BIM specialization to join our team.

You will learn to draw 2D construction drawings and master BIM work using Revit, collaborating closely with the team to resolve project issues while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate has a BS in Architecture, strong AutoCAD skills (2+ years), and knowledge of Revit; licensed architects are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience with AutoCAD.

Compensation

• Fair and comparatively high salary based on abilities
• Comprehensive HMO package (after regularization as a full-time employee)
• Performance-based bonuses
• Twice a year (June and December, excluding the 13th-month bonus)

Work Environment

• Willing to work office based (Makati City)
• Monday to Friday, working hours 8:00-17:00; overtime applies thereafter
• Saturdays require attendance on a rotational basis once a month.

Job Responsibilities

• After learning how to properly draw 2D construction drawings, you will master BIM work using Revit.
• Collaborate closely with team members to resolve project issues.
• Conduct planned work while adhering to deadlines.
• Create construction drawings based on design drawings.
• Produce consistent drawings from design models and darwings to for construction models and drawings, including detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and address issues as they arise to complete drawings.
