Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter to support an Australian client in the commercial fit-out sector. Work onsite at the Clark area, with a 6am–3pm schedule, Monday to Friday, for a full-time role.

You will translate site data into shop drawings, coordinate with builders and architects, and hand over finished drawings to the Microvellum team. A strong portfolio and advanced AutoCAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shop drawings for joinery, shopfitting or commercial fit-out projects that were built.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills, including xrefs, paper space, dimension styles and sheet sets.
• Strong Bluebeam Revu capability, including markups, overlay and compare.
• Experience extracting measurements from point cloud data using Autodesk ReCap or similar software.
• Understanding of joinery fabrication and installation, including sizes, thicknesses, hardware and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Pull site measurements from point cloud scans and produce accurate set-out plans.
• Prepare joinery and commercial fit-out shop drawings in AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Run Change of Plans updates and identify changes with Bluebeam Revu overlays.
• Communicate drawing changes to Project Manager and team members.
• Hand over approved drawings to the Microvellum team after builder/architect approvals.
• Maintain drawing register and prevent use of superseded revisions.
• Manage multiple drawings and revisions across several jobs.
