Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to support an Australian public practice client from our Tarlac facility in the Philippines. You will manage corporate accounting, payroll, and BAS processes, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with Australian standards.

The role offers a structured training program and a clear path to senior public practice roles, with day shifts and a collaborative on-site work environment at TOA Global’s facility in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Xero Certification is mandatory; familiarity with XPM and Xero Payroll.
• Strong double-entry bookkeeping and Australian payroll/GST knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process journals to trial balance and prepare financial statements for lodgment.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and cash flows for international clients.
• Reconcile GST accounts and coordinate BAS calculations.
