Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day care of children or individuals, ensuring their needs are met in a supportive and caring manner.
• Support activities that promote education, emotional development, and social skills.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining proper hygiene for children or individuals.
• Participate in educational or recreational activities, such as games, reading, or arts and crafts.
• Follow the foundation’s policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Observe and report on the progress and well-being of the individuals in care.
• Attend training sessions to learn about child development, caregiving practices, and foundation operations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in living and activity spaces.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure individual needs are being met.
• Support with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and filling out reports, as required.

Qualifications
