Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati City is seeking Auditors/Accountants for a fully onsite, Monday–Friday dayshift role.

Responsibilities include performing audit procedures, reviewing records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining precise financial reporting throughout monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s in Accountancy or related field; CPA or Non-CPA candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• Open to both CPA and Non-CPA professionals.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance functions.
• At least 7 months of relevant experience in external or internal audit.
• Audit opportunities across Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager levels based on qualifications.
• Experience in public accounting firms, shared services, BPOs, or corporate finance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and audit methodologies.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, QuickBooks) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Audit procedures per established methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Review accounting records and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify findings, prepare observations, and suggest improvements for financial reporting and processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, journals, and ledgers per standards and policies.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure timely reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and propose adjustments.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and regulatory submissions.
