Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking an Auditor to plan and execute comprehensive audits across assigned stations, focusing on operations, cash handling, inventory, customer service, and compliance.

The role ensures timely identification and reporting of fraud, policy violations, and control weaknesses, while promoting adherence to internal standards and company controls during fieldwork and travel to stations.

Qualifications

  • College graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in internal audit, operations audit, inventory audit, field audit, or related function.
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, inventory management, cash handling procedures, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the assigned monthly audit schedule and ensure completion of all planned audits within established timelines.
  • Conduct regular station visits in accordance with the prescribed audit frequency and interval standards.
  • Provide accurate and real-time updates on audit activities, observations, and critical findings.
  • Perform Cash Management Audits during every assigned station visit to verify cash handling procedures, collections, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct Petroleum Inventory Audits within six (6) working days after the previous audit for each assigned station to validate inventory accuracy and identify variances.
  • Perform monthly Customer Service Audits to evaluate compliance with customer service standards and operational procedures.
  • Conduct monthly Compliance Audits to assess adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and document instances of fraud, operational irregularities, errors, control weaknesses, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit complete, accurate, and well-documented audit reports within two (2) working days after each audit.
  • Ensure audit findings are supported by sufficient, relevant, and verifiable evidence.
  • Coordinate with station personnel and management regarding audit observations and monitor the implementation of corrective actions when required.

Job description

Job Qualifications:
  • College graduate

  • At least one (1) year of experience in internal audit, operations audit, inventory audit, field audit, or a related function. Experience in the retail, petroleum, or FMCG industry is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, inventory management, cash handling procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Must be willing to do fieldwork and travel to assigned stations.

  • Must have active Driver's License and own motorcycle.
