  • Perform operational audits to evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of existing business processes and recommend improvements where necessary.

  • Review supporting documentation for significant transactions, contractual commitments, and other business arrangements to identify irregularities, unauthorized activities, or potential exposure to financial and operational risks.

  • Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, potential fraud indicators, policy violations, and other audit exceptions, ensuring that concerns are properly documented and escalated through the appropriate channels.

  • Supervise audit staff, assign audit tasks, review working papers, validate audit evidence, and ensure that audit activities meet established quality and documentation standards.

  • Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports outlining the audit scope, findings, supporting evidence, risk implications, root causes, and recommended corrective actions.

  • Present significant audit findings and recommendations to the immediate supervisor and management, ensuring that critical issues are communicated promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with department heads and designated process owners to obtain explanations, validate audit observations, and establish appropriate action plans for identified deficiencies.

  • Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions and conduct follow-up audits to determine whether identified control weaknesses have been adequately addressed.

  • Maintain complete and organized audit documentation, working papers, evidence files, audit schedules, and reports in accordance with confidentiality and recordkeeping requirements.

  • Establish and maintain an audit tracking system to monitor findings, responsible personnel, target completion dates, risk classifications, and corrective action status.

  • Recommend improvements to internal policies, financial controls, reporting procedures, and operational workflows to strengthen governance and accountability across the Group.

  • Ensure that audit engagements are conducted objectively, professionally, and independently, without compromising the integrity of audit findings or conclusions.
