Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking a Compliance and IT Governance Manager to ensure audit-ready operations, strengthen internal controls, and maintain regulatory compliance across IT and business processes.

You will partner with IT, Security, and business units to manage ITGC/ITAC/CAC controls, track findings, and drive remediation while coordinating certifications and audits to protect organizational assets and enable smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Privacy, Compliance, Risk, or Information Security.
• Solid background on quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
• Relevant Certifications in Risk, CISA, or equivalent training.
• Experience writing policies, standards and guidance documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized compliance trackers for regulatory and certification requirements.
• Coordinate certification renewals and regulatory reporting schedules.
• Prepare audit evidence and facilitate audit walkthroughs.
• Monitor remediation of control gaps in ITGC, ITAC, CAC.
