Job summary

Toyota Alabang, Inc. (TAI) seeks a seasoned Audit Leader to own end-to-end audit strategy and drive achievement of board targets. You will lead multiple audit teams, align with BOD and executive committees, and ensure robust controls across business units.

Responsibilities include formulating the audit roadmap, prioritizing resources, and influencing senior stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Experience: 5–10 years in auditing, preferably in an automotive context.
• CPA certification required or committed to obtain CPA.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in accounting principles and standards, and in MS Office and SAP.

• To guarantee achievement of all mutually agreed financial and non-financial audit targets set forth by the Board or CEO of the company.
• Manage all the audit aspects of the Businesses, taking full ownership of responsibilities and end-to-end accountability.
• Formulate strategy and strategic agenda for the Audit unit and set direction in understanding the companywide goals and interlink ages across business units.
• To collaborate interactively with the BOD, Executive and Management Committees and all function heads and peers to align and execute strategy and build out the business.
• Prioritize resources and manage the business unit team to deliver on strategic targets and business initiative across all strategic verticals.
• To lead multiple teams concurrently across group wide projects and effectively manage and delegate to senior team members, the Executive and Management Committees, through a structured engagement process.
• To develop strong “thought partner” relationships with key stakeholders at group and business level/s and represent group strategy at senior forums and possess sufficient credibility to influence decision making.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• 5 to 10 years working experience. Preferably with work experience in Auditing Firm or in an Automotive Industry
• Computer literate
• Excellent in written and oral communication skills, and confident in making presentations reports and analysis
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles and standards, business operations and statistical analysis
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP
• Good oral and written communication skill (English and Tagalog)
• Dynamic, Self-motivated, and pro-active
